CRISIS COMMUNICATION

WHAT IS A CRISIS?

Every organization and community defines crisis differently.  At its core,  it is a situation you weren’t expecting and one that could be harmful to your overall goals, damage your reputation, upset your community, cost you business and undermine trust, even if you did nothing wrong. 


In a perfect world, we’d have worked together before this crisis and have a plan to avoid it. (see Communications Strategy Services page) However, if you find yourself in the midst of a storm, need help implementing an existing strategy or adjusting in a new direction, we can work through that together. 


We cater to your unique situation. It can be anything from a use of force incident, a teacher accused of wrongdoing, an organization in trouble after the initial press response went wrong, or an emotional, high-profile event affecting large groups of people, such as mass casualty incidents.
